Job Summary

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Officers to join our dynamic team. As a Sales and Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and meeting sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Realbiz Company Limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
• Address customer inquiries, questions, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to drive business growth.
• Participate actively in sales team meetings to share insights and strategies.
• Set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Conduct research to identify prospects and generate new leads.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills

• A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently within broad company guidelines while also being a collaborative team player.
• High level of integrity, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude.

Work Hours

• Full-time: 8 hours a day.
