Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

📍 Location: Giraffe Oil
📅 Application Deadline: April 7, 2025

Job Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals with clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Track and report sales performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc.).
Develop and manage content for social media, websites, and other marketing platforms.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer preferences.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging promotional materials.
Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills Required

✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ Experience: At least 4 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
✔ Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
Knowledge of social media marketing and SEO is an added advantage.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
