CSI Energy Group is currently hiring for Safety Officer to join their working environment in Mtwara, Tanzania
Duties and Responsibilities
- Leading toolbox talks and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Conducting risk assessments and enforcing OSHA compliance.
- Training teams of subcontractors on HSE procedures.
- Investigating incidents and ensuring legal and company policy compliance.
- Monitoring of daily/weekly HSE performance reports
- Tracking and managing PPE usage.

Qualifications
- Certificate in Health and Safety or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience with familiar in construction safety roles
- Good in computer programs such as Microsoft packages such as word and excel
- Fluent in English and Swahili languages
