Job Summary
Precision Air is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation & Ticketing Sales Agent to handle passenger ticket sales, reservations, and related customer service tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless booking experience while adhering to airline policies and delivering exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Ticket Reservations & Sales: Process ticket bookings, confirmations, reconfirmations, and seat selections for passengers on Precision Air flights.
- Fare Quotations: Provide accurate fare quotes for individual and group bookings.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit daily sales reports and sales dispatches as per company guidelines.
- Customer Support: Offer flight details, schedules, and other relevant information to customers.
- E-Ticket Handling: Issue, revalidate, and reissue electronic tickets in compliance with company procedures.
- Flight Disruptions Management: Assist customers with flight changes due to delays or cancellations.
- Communication & Inquiries: Respond promptly to telephone and email inquiries regarding flight bookings and travel information.
- Revenue Protection: Ensure proper revenue collection while meeting customer expectations.
- Parcel Sales: Manage parcel bookings as per company policy.
- Customer Database: Maintain an accurate database of walk-in customers.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Prioritize safety and security for both passengers and staff.
- Follow company safety protocols and report any safety concerns.
- Operate equipment only after proper training.
- Report any safety-related conflicts or procedural defects.
- Promotional Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to promote Precision Air’s services when required.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Performance Indicators
- Achieving set ticket sales targets.
- Ensuring 100% accuracy in fare quotations and revenue collection.
- Responding to telephone calls within three rings.
- Calling back all missed calls.
- Answering emails within 20 minutes.
- Maintaining zero customer complaints.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
- A university degree in Social Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- An IATA/UFTAA Foundation or Consultant Diploma (an added advantage).
- Technical Skills:
- Certification in relevant computer applications.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in foreign languages is an added advantage.
