Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS) is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join as a Research Fellow Trainee in Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacology. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about research, training, and consultancy in the field of pharmacy and pharmacology.
Key Responsibilities
As a Research Fellow Trainee, you will:
- Work closely with senior faculty members by attending lectures, seminars, tutorials, and practical sessions.
- Gain hands-on experience in training, research, and consultancy.
- Assist in research and consultancy projects under the supervision of experienced professionals.
- Support the development of training proposals led by senior faculty.
- Contribute to curriculum development.
- Provide assistance in Biomedical, Laboratory, and Clinical departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or Head of Department.

Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology from a recognized university.
- A minimum GPA of 3.8 out of 5.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Passion for academic and professional growth in clinical pharmacy and pharmacology.
Salary and Benefits
- Remuneration: PUTS 1.2 (as per MUHAS salary scale).
