Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Sales Coordinator to support and expand our operations. This role involves driving customer growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high service standards across multiple hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quarterly and monthly regional plans to increase the number of active customers per hub, aiming for an average of 150 active customers, $1.5M in monthly recurring revenue, and an ARPU above $2.9.
  • Address service interruptions at the hub level and ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints.
  • Manage inventory at the hub level, maintaining overstock control and keeping missing packs below 1% at the regional level.
  • Ensure zero lost packs by implementing effective inventory management processes (4,5,7 method) and Pack Memos.
  • Coordinate with technicians to resolve technical issues and ensure hub uptime.
  • Provide training, reinforcement, and coaching to Jaza Stars, Super Stars, Inventory Stars, and Technicians to uphold compliance with operational standards.
  • Assign urgent technical issues to technicians to prevent service disruptions.
  • Support technicians with transportation and resources to efficiently complete field tasks.
  • Enhance customer service at the hub level by resolving charging issues and assisting Jaza Stars with customer complaints.
  • Identify growth challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local government officials and represent Jaza Energy in all legal matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in team leadership and management, preferably in the energy, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, including inventory management, logistics, and customer service.
  • Proven experience in implementing operational procedures and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Solid business acumen, including experience in profit & loss management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Capacity to develop and execute strategic growth plans.
  • Strong customer orientation, with a focus on satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
