Job Purpose:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Reconciliation Analyst to join our team at NMB Bank. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in monitoring and controlling the bank’s General Ledger and branch suspense accounts. You will provide timely support to branches, ensuring accurate reconciliation processes that minimize risks and enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Reconciliation & Reporting
- Maintain and safeguard all reconciliation documents to ensure a clear audit trail.
- Perform daily reconciliation of HQ and branch suspense accounts and share reports with stakeholders.
- Identify, investigate, document, and resolve reconciliation issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure all reconciled items are properly aged and reported.
- Escalate unresolved process issues and long-outstanding reconciling items.
- Reconcile GEPG merchants’ suspense accounts daily and report findings as assigned.
- Perform reconciliation for Visa, MasterCard, and UnionPay International (UPI) ATM Clearing GLs and share reports accordingly.
- Compile and summarize daily reconciliation reports for easy review.
✅ Process Optimization & Support
- Participate in automation projects for card accounts and other suspense accounts.
- Provide support and expert advice to branches and other team members.
- Share best practices and knowledge to enhance team performance.
- Handle any other reconciliation-related duties as assigned by the Manager, Card Reconciliation.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of banking operations and financial management.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience:
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
✔️ Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in reconciliation or card settlement, preferably in the banking industry.
