Qualifications & Skills Required

✔ Education: Minimum of Secondary School education or a college diploma with knowledge in Electrical and/or Instrumentation.
✔ Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of cement production processes.
✔ Communication Skills: Good verbal and written English proficiency.
✔ Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of maintenance requirements and machinery operations.
✔ Safety Awareness: Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Operate the reclaimer machines efficiently during shifts to ensure steady raw material supply for mill operations.
Monitor and manage hopper levels to maintain smooth raw mill operations.
Coordinate with the Quality Control Department to ensure material quality and proper stockpile management.
Perform daily machine inspections and report any abnormalities to the respective department or supervisor.
Clear blockages in discharge chutes and conveyor belts when required.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and best practices in the workplace.
Maintain cleanliness in assigned work areas and participate in general production activities.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor related to production operations.
