Location: Arusha, Tanzania

Company Overview
Mega Beverages Limited is one of Tanzania’s leading homegrown alcoholic beverage companies, proudly producing premium brands such as K-Vant Premium Spirit and Asilia Vodka, with more exciting products on the horizon.

We are looking for a professional and well-spoken receptionist to be the first point of contact at our office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling various administrative tasks while maintaining a warm and welcoming environment for visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, taking notes, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Prepare meeting and training rooms for scheduled sessions.
• Handle deliveries and coordinate internal and external events.
• Maintain and update the Customer Care Tracker on a weekly basis.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong understanding of clerical and administrative procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
