Job Position: Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
- Process reservations and payments
- Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
