We are currently seeking a Quality Controller (QC) to ensure that all materials, products, and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inspection & Testing
✔ Conduct regular inspections and tests on materials, products, and processes to ensure compliance with set quality standards.
✔ Document and analyze inspection results, identifying defects and areas of non-compliance.
2. Quality Assurance
✔ Develop and implement quality control procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
✔ Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
3. Reporting
✔ Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, inspection findings, and improvement recommendations.
✔ Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, tests, and audits.
4. Compliance
✔ Ensure adherence to industry regulations and safety standards.
✔ Assist in internal and external audits as required.
5. Continuous Improvement
✔ Support and participate in quality improvement projects.
✔ Provide training and guidance to team members on best quality control practices.
6. Problem-Solving
✔ Identify root causes of quality issues and propose solutions to prevent recurrence.
✔ Facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams to address quality-related challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
✔ Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies.
✔ Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in quality inspection tools and software.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✔ Certifications:
- Certification in Quality Control (CQI, CQA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
✔ Work Environment:
- Site-based role with occasional office-based tasks.
