Job Title: Quality Assurance – Execution
Job Description
As a Quality Assurance professional at Jaza Energy, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving operational standards across our regional teams. Your responsibilities will ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance in execution operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Collection and Analysis
- Gather, assess, and analyze relevant data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Continuously refine data collection methods for accuracy and comprehensiveness.
- Identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement.
2. Scope of Work and Action Plans
- Collaborate with regional teams to establish clear, actionable work plans.
- Ensure that all execution activities meet quality benchmarks and organizational objectives.
- Monitor progress and ensure alignment with company goals.
3. Performance Monitoring and Quality Control
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and execution-related metrics.
- Identify quality deviations and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout operational processes.
4. Training and Development
- Conduct training sessions to equip team members with essential skills in operational workflows, inspection techniques, and corrective protocols.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
5. Quality Assurance Policies and Compliance
- Develop and enforce quality assurance policies specific to execution operations.
- Ensure full adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and safety regulations.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies to promote a safe and compliant work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the energy sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, spreadsheets).
- In-depth understanding of operational processes, best practices, and KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles.
- Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimization.
