Job Overview
Are you passionate about digital banking, quality assurance, and driving innovation? Exim Bank is looking for a Digital Channels Quality Assurance (QA) and Reporting Officer to oversee and enhance our digital banking products and services. This role involves requirement verification, product development, implementation, and management of digital banking solutions, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for improving consumer online banking, mobile banking, digital wallets, agency banking, and other digital banking solutions while identifying opportunities to increase customer adoption and market share.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Digital Banking Operations & Quality Assurance
- Maintain and document workflows, processes, and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with banking standards.
- Review and update digital banking operational processes for seamless service delivery.
- Align digital banking strategies with organizational goals to enhance efficiency.
✔ Product Development & Project Management
- Lead digital banking product development and enhancements across electronic channels.
- Identify and assess opportunities to improve customer acquisition, retention, and adoption of digital banking solutions.
- Ensure proper project management and execution of digital banking initiatives.
✔ Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage vendor relationships and assist in contract and pricing negotiations.
- Work closely with product teams, compliance, technology, and external vendors to deliver quality digital banking solutions.
✔ Market Research & Customer Experience Enhancement
- Conduct research to identify market trends and best practices in digital banking.
- Improve user experience (UI/UX) and digital engagement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze digital customer journeys, engagement effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
✔ Innovation & Competitive Analysis
- Stay updated on digital banking advancements and assess their impact on business strategies.
- Promote digital integration within the organization to drive cost savings, revenue growth, and enhanced customer experiences.
Qualifications & Skills Required
✅ Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
✅ Experience:
- At least 1+ years of experience in digital banking, fintech, MNOs, or digital transformation within the banking sector.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services with the ability to deliver customer-centric solutions.
✅ Skills:
- Technical proficiency in digital banking systems and project management.
- Knowledge of change management and banking operations.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize digital banking processes.
