As purchasing Manager you will be required to oversee the resort inventory and purchasing operations. You will be required to maintain optimal stock levels and support smooth operations across all departments
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing supplies across all departments and conducting regular stock checks to ensure proper storage
- Handling orders placements and negotiating with suppliers for best terms
- Monitoring experiences by reducing waste
- Keeping detailed records and providing regular inventory and purchasing reports

Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in hospitality, business or related
- Four to five years of working experience in hospitality
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills
