Embassy of Sweden is currently looking for property Manager to join their working team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. As Sellected candidate your job will be to oversee everyday work at the Embassy properties by ensuring all facilities are well and properly working, you will also manage property budgets and expenses. As needed candidate you will have ti comply with law and regulations of property management and Embassy operation.

Qualification
- Five years experience in property management in diplomatic context
- Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, electricity
- Degree in engineering or equivalent
- Strong organization and leadership skills
- Driving license class C
