Job Overview:
Jaza Energy Inc. is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager (Expansion) to oversee and support the growth of our operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing expansion activities, ensuring efficiency in inventory tracking, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving successful regional setups. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Growth Lead in managing and monitoring all expansion activities, tracking progress, and identifying gaps that need addressing.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all packs and accessories, ensuring 0% loss or misplacement during the expansion process.
- Coordinate supply chain needs for inventory and technical equipment to meet expansion targets across multiple regions.
- Ensure all documentation related to the expansion process is correctly filed and stored in the shared drive.
- Support workforce management and implement key initiatives in line with company standards.
- Establish and nurture relationships with local government representatives and other external stakeholders involved in new site setups.
- Handle the application process for necessary licenses and permits for new regions and sites, ensuring timely approvals.
- Oversee the smooth handover of new regions to assigned Regional Coordinators, ensuring all documentation, tools, and equipment are properly transferred with formal sign-off.
- Keep expansion project timelines and work plans updated, proactively flagging any potential delays to the Growth Lead.
- Assist in setting up new regional offices by facilitating leases and securing required government permits and licenses.
- Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth shipment, receipt, and storage of all expansion-related materials.
- Provide monthly updates to the team, using retrospective documents to compare expansion targets against actual progress, highlight challenges, and propose solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in market expansion, business development, or strategic planning.
- Proven success in leading market entry and expansion initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
