As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Officer to join our team in Dar es Salaam.
This role is ideal for a fresh pharmacy graduate who is passionate about pharmaceutical production and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities
As a Production Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient production of pharmaceutical products. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Production Planning & Scheduling
- Assist in planning and managing production schedules to meet demand.
- Monitor daily production output and make adjustments as necessary.
✅ Supervision & Process Management
- Oversee and coordinate production activities to ensure efficiency.
- Identify and resolve production issues by analyzing data and implementing corrective measures.
✅ Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
✅ Resource & Staff Management
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize the use of resources.
- Assist in training and supervising staff to maintain high operational standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
✔ Strong skills in production planning, scheduling, and supervision.
✔ Ability to analyze and resolve production challenges efficiently.
✔ Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
✔ Must be a Tanzanian citizen.
