Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and implement a clear product vision and roadmap to enhance BimaSokoni’s offerings.
- Identify market opportunities to expand our platform and improve user adoption.
User Experience & Optimization
- Continuously refine the platform’s usability, ensuring a seamless insurance purchasing and management experience.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to improve user interfaces.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with insurance providers, developers, marketing teams, and sales teams to enhance product offerings.
- Ensure alignment between product development and market needs.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to identify areas for growth.
- Use insights to optimize features, improve engagement, and drive conversions.
Technology & Innovation
- Oversee the development of new AI-driven features, chatbot integrations, and payment solutions.
- Stay ahead of technological advancements to keep BimaSokoni competitive.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure the platform complies with local insurance and financial regulations.
- Work with legal teams to maintain compliance and industry standards.
Customer Feedback & Support
- Gather user insights through surveys and feedback loops.
- Implement improvements to enhance engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance & Risk Management or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, insurtech, or the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, UX, and data analytics.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and sales teams.
- Knowledge of the Tanzanian insurance market is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
