At Educate Tanzania we are driven by impact in that we use iterative learning in creating scalable youth employment solutions by unlocking the potential of Africa  next generation.

Our Mission

Educate Tanzania works in empowering African youth in learning, earning, and thriving so that to fit in today’s economy through doing various ways as shown below;

✅ Introducing an employment focused  subjects in the secondary education
✅ Running livelihood camps ouf the school school that focus on marginalized rural girls and young women

Educate works in different countries such as Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania through which we have reached to over 500,000 youth which makes Educate the largest provider of youth employment and skills programs in East Africa.

Our Team and Achievements

At Educate we are a team of over 300 African staff including 300 volunteer youth mentors who are committed in building a workplace that fosters growth and fulfillment.

• 50% of our top 30 leaders have been with Educate in more than 5 years
• 10+ alumni have started their own organizations
• 6 team members have been recognized by their fellows as Acumen Fund East Africa

At Educate Tanzania we have been supporting other organizations such as Imaginable Futures, Livelihood Impact Fund and Echidna Giving and our impact in these organisation have been recognized through:

Join Our Team As Product Associate Role

At Educate Tanzania we are looking for a Product Associate to join our working to in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania who will help in driving product experimentation, scalability and continuous improvement by ensuring the education solutions meet the needs of African youth.

What Will Yo Do 

🔹 Experimentation and Scalability

• You will be Leading product experiments through improve user experience and validating ideas
• Using controlled testing environments such as sandboxes in refining features
• You will be required to define key performance metrics and tracking progress
• You will be required to document and share learnings so that to optimize future initiatives

🔹 User-Centered Validation

• Conducting user research, including interviews and usability tests
• Analyzing feedback so that to refine product design and functionality
• Ensuring youth perspectives are shaping product development
• Championing user focused improvements in all iterations

🔹 Data Driven and Decision Making

• As sellected at Educate Tanzania you will be required to monitor key performance indicators so that to guide product enhancements
• Supporting feature prioritization based on the real time feedback
• As sellected candidate at Educate Tanzania you will need to optimize feedback loops by driving continuous product refinement
• Facilitating retrospectives so that  to ensure ongoing learning and innovation

What are We Looking For
