As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a qualified and motivated Procurement and Supplies Officer to join our team.

Position: Procurement and Supplies Officer (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Oversee procurement processes, ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
✔ Manage supplies and inventory to support efficient operations.
✔ Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
✔ Ensure timely procurement of goods and services while optimizing costs.
✔ Maintain accurate procurement records and reports for audits and evaluations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

🎓 Education & Background:
✔ Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Procurement & Supplies Management, Materials Management, or Logistics Management.
✔ Specialization in Procurement and Supplies or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

💡 Skills & Competencies:
✔ Strong understanding of procurement regulations and best practices.
✔ Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and within a team.
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
