Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Qualify leads and assess their potential for conversion before passing them on to the sales team.
- Schedule product demonstrations, meetings, or calls between prospects and the sales team.
- Work closely with sales representatives to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to closing deals.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and market trends to engage effectively with potential customers.
- Maintain records of lead generation activities and provide regular reports to the Area Sales Manager.
- Assist in organizing sales events, presentations, and promotional activities to boost brand awareness.
- Gather feedback from potential customers and share insights with the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage).
- Experience: 1-2 years in sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Self-Motivated & Team Player: Ability to work independently while collaborating with the sales team.
- Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of Market Trends: Understanding of the company’s products and the industry landscape is a plus.
- Positive Attitude: A proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales and business development.
