As a growing financial institution, we prioritize security and customer satisfaction, and we are looking for a Physical Security Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Security Officer, your primary role will be to ensure a secure environment for our staff, clients, and assets. Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Risk Identification & Mitigation – Assess, document, and address physical security risks while implementing effective mitigation strategies.

✅ Security Monitoring & Compliance – Ensure all physical security measures align with banking regulations and industry best practices.

✅ Incident Management & Escalation – Report and escalate security concerns as per established procedures to maintain a safe environment.

✅ Team Leadership & Coordination – Provide guidance and support to security personnel, ensuring optimal performance.

✅ Customer Service & Communication – Maintain strong customer service skills to address security-related inquiries professionally.

Qualifications & Experience

🔹 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Law, or a related field.

🔹 Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in physical security within a bank, financial institution, security firm, or law enforcement agency.

🔹 Skills & Competencies:
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔ In-depth knowledge of physical security practices
✔ Proficiency in computer applications
✔ Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities
✔ High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards
