About the Role
PwC Tanzania is seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant & Office Administrator to join our Assurance Line of Service. In this role, you will provide executive administrative support to Partners, ensuring smooth business operations through efficient diary management, coordination, and professional correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
✔ Manage Partners’ diaries, scheduling meetings, and arranging necessary logistics.
✔ Provide administrative support to Line of Service Directors and Managers.
✔ Prepare and format proposals, presentations, reports, and client deliverables.
✔ Maintain an up-to-date filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
Meetings & Events Coordination
✔ Plan and provide logistical support for internal and external meetings, conferences, and workshops.
✔ Ensure the timely distribution of agendas and necessary documents.
✔ Assist in the preparation and coordination of client engagements and presentations.
Billing & Financial Support
✔ Assist with billing processes, including creating invoices based on managers’ instructions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
✔ Build strong relationships across PwC’s internal teams and departments.
✔ Support office operations by handling ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Office Manager.

Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Education & Background:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
✔ A recognized secretarial qualification is preferred.
✔ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; experience as a Personal Assistant to senior management is an advantage.
💡 Skills & Competencies:
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives.
✔ Strong ability to prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and reports.
✔ Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
✔ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
✔ Proactive and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
