Duties and Responsibilities
- Leading leadership efforts and enhancing teamwork
- Developing and implementing Tanzania’s people strategy

- Managing recruitment and succession planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business administration or related
- Ten to twelve years of experience in Human Resources role and five in the senior role
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Experience working with NGO and International organization
