Your Role and Responsibilities

As Sellected  partnership Facilitator you will;

Church Engagement & Capacity Building

• You will serve as liason between church and organisation
• Supporting church strategies so that to enhance child and youth engagements
• Helping church partners in the program implementation that go along with community needs

Program Implementation and Support

• Helping the church partners in the entire programme cycle and needs
• Mobilizing Support from team members so that to ensure  church partners comply with required guidelines
• Facilitating refrection and learning so that to improve on church intervention

Cluster Coordination & Partnership Management

• Supporting of small cluster of churches and ensuring responsiveness to their requirements
• Collaborating with churches so that to encourage peer learning
• Monitoring partnership agreement and escalate renewal needs if required

What are We Looking For

• Bachelor Degree in Soil Science, project management, Monitoring and Evaluation
• Two years of experience in similar role
• Able to facilitate relationships and buld trust with church leaders
