Duties and Responsibilities
- Delivering training on composting and organic manure production
- Conducting pre and post assessments to evaluate learning outcomes.
- Offering follow-up guidance and support after the training.
- Submitting training schedule and manuals in advance for approval.
- Providing Restless Development with assessment results and training documentation.

Qualifications
- Five years of working experience in composting or organic farming training
- Proven ability to engage youth and deliver practical hands-on education.
