We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our logistics, supply chain, and operational processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for efficiency, organization, and problem-solving, this is the role for you!

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

✔ A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ At least 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

📌 Logistics & Supply Chain Expertise – Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
📌 Technical Proficiency – Experience using logistics management systems, ERP software, and MS Office Suite.
📌 Problem-Solving & Organization – Ability to analyze challenges, develop solutions, and streamline processes.
📌 Communication & Leadership – Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
📌 Time Management & Pressure Handling – Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
📌 Attention to Detail – Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Work Environment

✔ Office-based role with regular site visits.
✔ Occasional travel to supplier locations and operational sites as needed.
