Asante Africa Foundation is a globally guided, locally led non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth in East Africa. Our mission is to equip young people in rural Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda with the skills and knowledge they need to overcome life’s challenges, succeed in the global economy, and drive positive change in their communities.
Our Approach
As an on-the-ground implementing organization, we focus on youth living in remote, underserved areas, providing them with education, life skills, and livelihood opportunities. Through our safe-space learning programs, we use the “learn-do-teach” methodology to:
- Keep at-risk youth engaged in education.
- Accelerate academic learning.
- Build confident leaders and a skilled workforce.
