About the Position
As an Operations Specialist at Bolt you will have a direct impact on local business growth by ensuring operational efficiency, supply milestones and key performance metrics.

- As sellected candidate you will be required to Develop strategies so that to strengthen and expand Bolt Tanzania market presence.
- As sellected candidate you will be required to enhance rider experience by ensuring the best value propositions and service quality.
- As sellected candidate you will be required to analyze operational data by monitoring marketplace performance and implementation improvements.

About You
