Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes, maintaining top-tier service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Business Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve workflows to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and support the growth of the organization.
  • Policy Development: Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies that ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaboration: Work with different departments to streamline processes and foster teamwork, driving operational excellence across the organization.
  • Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks in operations, especially within pension and asset management processes, ensuring strong risk control systems are in place.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with relevant laws, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a high standard of operational integrity.
  • Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement and maintain systems that support fund management, reporting, and client engagement, ensuring technology aligns with operational goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the key liaison with stakeholders, including fund administrators, investment managers, custodians, and clients, ensuring seamless operational collaboration.
  • Product Development: Support the operational readiness of new product launches, ensuring efficient management of all aspects to ensure successful rollouts.

Candidate Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in operations management, ideally within the financial services or pension industry. Proven expertise in process optimization and risk management.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required. An MBA is a plus.
