The Role

This isn’t just any operations job. As an Operations Specialist, you’ll have a direct, measurable impact on our local operations and the broader market. What You’ll Do

• Project Management: Lead local operations projects by designing and refining precise processes that drive success, always with an eye on stakeholder satisfaction.
• Strategic Development: Craft and implement strategies to bolster our market position and sustain growth.
• Rider Experience: Take initiative to enhance the ride experience, ensuring riders receive the best value possible.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to keep our marketplace healthy and spot opportunities for improvement.
• Local Insights: Identify trends, assess risks, and pinpoint improvement opportunities that could affect our business locally.
• Collaboration: Work closely with headquarters teams—including Product, Legal, and Marketing—to roll out initiatives that boost both growth and efficiency.
