Job Overview

As Sellected  candidate in the potion of Office  Driver at Convoy of Hope, your Work will be to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of staff, volunteers including other goods. In this position you will be working under supervision of the Finance and Administration Officer, through  which you will be responsible for maintaining of the organisation assigned vehicle while ensuring  trips are conducted Safely.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• In this position you will drive COH vehicles safely while ensuring that you adhere to traffic regulations.
• As sellected candidate in this position you will be required to conduct daily routine of vehicle inspections before and after every trip so that to ensure it work effectively.
• In this position you will ensure cleanliness of a vehicle at all times.
• As suitable  candidate you will ensuring all required Documents for the vehicle are available  and are valid.
• In this position  you will be required to keep important Safety tools such as fire extinguisher, first aid kit and spare tire.
• In this position you will be required to perform dailly routine of a vehicle oil, Battery inspection.
• You will be regured to provide a report in case of any accidents.

Qualifications

• Candidate with a minimum of a high school certificate or equivalent.
• Candidate with certified driving training from any ccredited institution.
• Candidate with valid professional drivering license and have at least three years of driving experience.
• The candidate who is Fluent in both English and Kiswahili Language
• Candidate with Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
