About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator with at least three years of relevant experience to join our ITO Networks team. This role is open to candidates in any of our operational countries. As a Network Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining and securing our IT infrastructure, ensuring stable network connections, and overseeing system updates. Your expertise in managing multiple network environments, hardware, and software will contribute to the smooth operation of our organization. You will report directly to the Networks Lead.
Key Responsibilities
1. Network Infrastructure & Platform Management
- Implement and maintain IT networks, including LAN, WAN, and internet connections.
- Ensure network stability and compliance with information security (InfoSec) policies.
- Guarantee high availability of network services.
- Oversee the installation and upkeep of hardware and software systems.
- Collaborate with Country ITO teams to manage system upgrades and repairs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation.
- Identify opportunities for automation, cost reduction, and performance improvements.
2. Network Monitoring & Event Management
- Develop and implement monitoring and alerting systems to detect potential service disruptions.
- Manage network incidents by assessing their significance and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure proper mitigation strategies for network disruptions.
- Establish network redundancies and backup systems to enhance reliability.
3. Service & Support for Network Requests
- Resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 network incidents within the agreed service level timelines.
- Analyze and implement network service requests to ensure they meet required standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds and expertise. For this role, you must have:
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
- Proven experience in network security implementation.
- Knowledge of ITIL, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and InfoSec best practices.
