Eligibility Criteria

✅ General Requirements for All Applicants:

Must be a Tanzanian citizen by birth (both parents must also be Tanzanian citizens by birth).
Must possess a National ID or NIDA number.
Must be fluent in Kiswahili and English.
Must be physically and mentally fit, certified by a government doctor.
Must be willing to attend police training and work anywhere in Tanzania.
No criminal record and no history of drug use.
No tattoos and must not be married or have children.
Must be unemployed in any other government institution at the time of application.
Must be prepared to self-fund interview expenses if shortlisted.

✅ Age Requirements:

Form Four & Form Six Graduates: 18–25 years
Certificate Holders: 18–25 years
Diploma & Degree Holders: 18–30 years

✅ Minimum Height Requirements:

Men: 5’8” (173 cm)
Women: 5’4” (163 cm)
