Job Overview

At TEF Consult we are currently hiring for Mass Activation Support to join our working environment in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. As a Selected candidate, you will be required to lead a large-scale campaign by coordinating field teams and ensuring customer product awareness

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Planning and executing mass activation campaigns by enhancing brand visibility and customer acquisition.
• Coordinating and managing field teams by ensuring smooth execution of an event
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams
• Engaging team and supporting
  customers during event activation.
• Addressing customer inquiries by providing detailed product information.
• Maintaining a strong brand presence and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Preparation of daily and weekly reports based on field team performance.
• Ensuring accurate data collection and analysis of events
• Training field representatives about event activation and customer interactions.
• Supervising and evaluating team performance.
• Identifying and reporting challenges that are faced during campaigns
• Working closely with the management team for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience
Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related

Experience

• 1 year of working experience in mass activation, sales, marketing or customer engagement.

Key Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
  Ability to multitask.
• Good in Microsoft Office Packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and as a team
