QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of marketing leader or deputy experience within real estate industries or other similar industries
- Have good glops of marketing theories and be familiar with various means and methods of marketing promotions
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding strategies
- Excellent communication leadership and project management skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to market changes
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing texts
- Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment
- Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed
