What We Are Looking For:
We’re searching for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, particularly within the real estate or similar industries. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, social media, and branding strategies.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven Leadership Experience: 3+ years in a marketing leadership or deputy role.
- Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of marketing theories and a deep understanding of various promotional techniques.
- Digital & Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media strategies, and brand management.
- Leadership & Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Self-Motivated & Target-Oriented: A proactive attitude and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Thinking: Capable of analyzing marketing data and drawing actionable insights.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing department’s budget, ensuring it aligns with business goals and delivers a strong return on investment.
