About the Role
Tanzania Agricultural Development Bank (TADB) is looking for a highly skilled Marketing, Customer Service, and Corporate Affairs Manager to lead strategic communication, enhance customer experience, and strengthen stakeholder engagement. This role is crucial in positioning TADB as a key player in development finance while ensuring alignment with national priorities.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Strategic Communication & Public Relations
Develop and implement the bank’s communication strategy.
Create and oversee publicity plans to promote TADB’s products and services.
Manage internal and external communication, ensuring consistent messaging.
Develop impactful content to highlight the bank’s activities and project outcomes.
Organize stakeholder engagement activities and media events to enhance visibility.
✅ Marketing & Brand Management
Manage advertising, marketing, and promotional campaigns.
Oversee corporate social investment activities and ensure the bank’s participation in national and international events.
Monitor media trends and business developments to identify potential impacts on the bank’s image.
✅ Customer Service Excellence
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance client satisfaction.
Continuously analyze customer feedback and implement improvements.
Train and empower staff to maintain high service quality and product knowledge.
✅ Leadership & Strategic Execution
Lead and manage corporate affairs, public relations, and customer service teams.
Ensure all initiatives align with TADB’s development finance mandate.
Work closely with senior management to drive strategic decisions.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
✔ Master’s Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication, International Relations, Marketing, Business Communication, Entrepreneurship, Commerce, or Business Administration (Marketing).
✔ Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, or customer service, with at least 3 years in a senior management position.
✔ Proven expertise in brand management, stakeholder engagement, strategic marketing, and customer experience enhancement.
