Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:

✔️ Education: Candidate with Diploma or Degree in Hospitality.
✔️ Experience: Candidate with a minimum of five years in luxury lodge management
✔️ Guest-Centric Approach: Candidate with a keen eye for detail and commitment to top-tier service
✔️ Financial Acumen:Candidate with experience in budgeting, Capex management and asset tracking
✔️ Leadership Skills: Candidate with strong ability to oversee all lodge operations and departments
✔️ Technical Proficiency: Candidate with knowledge of MS Office and PMS systems
✔️ Mentorship: You have Passion for training, motivating and inspiring team members.
✔️ Commitment to Excellence: Your dedicated in creating unforgettable guest experiences
✔️ Communication: Fluent in English language both written and spoken.
✔️ Work Ethic: Candidate with ability to work under pressure
