Duties and Responsibilities
Doing daily Lodge operations
Leading and developing the senior management team
Managing budgets and other company expenditures
Working with government and other stakeholders
Driving community and conservation partnerships
Promoting the lodge through social media and internal marketing platforms.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of leadership in a 5-star lodge or boutique
Experience working in lodge or mobile camp is an advantage.
Good communication skills
Fluent in English language
