At Diageo Tanzania we are looking for the Key Accounts Manager to join our working team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. In this position you will plays a vital role in driving sales profitability and brand growth within various business channels including supermarkets, convenience stores, petro marts, duty free outlets, hotels, clubs and style bars. In this position at Diageo Tanzania you will focus in managing the development and execution of Key Account Business Plans while fostering on the strong partnerships so that to achieve shared business objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Business Development
- As sellected candidate you will be required to develop and implement comprehensive business plans for Key Accounts.
- As sellected candidate you will be required to drive business in both volume “push” and consumer “pull” strategies within supermarkets.
- As sellected candidate you will be required to establish and execute strategic Off Trade business plans.
- As sellected candidate you will be required to identify emerging market trends and consumer insights so that to create innovative activation plans at the Key Accounts level.
- As sellected candidate you will be required to design and implement Category Development and Outlet Standards.
- As sellected candidate you will be required to ensure you comply with workplace safety regulations.
2. On-Trade Channel Management
- As sellected candidate you will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with Top Level Accounts
- As sellected candidate you will be required to collaborate with customers so that to develop and execute business activities that alig with key growth drivers
- As sellected candidate at Diageo you will be required to manage the implementation of critical sales drivers such as Quality, Visibility, Distribution, Promotion, Pricing, Persuasion and Public Relations
- As sellected candidate you will be required to support capability building and advocacy programs so that to enhance brand positioning.
- As sellected candidate you will be required to act as a key consultant for the marketing team by ensuring that all trade activities align with brand objectives.

Qualifications and Experience
Educational Requirements:
- Cabdidate with Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related
Experience and Skills:
- Candidate with minimum of four years of working experience with at least two years of working as a Key Account Management.
- Candidate with knowledge in business planning, sales execution and trade marketing strategies.
- Candidate with excellent relationship management skills.
- Candidate with proven ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
