Exim Bank is currently hiring for Call Centre Officer (BOII) to join their working environment in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound calls in assisting customers and resolving complaints
- Promoting bank products and services through effective communication.
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate date
- Delivering personalized service with professionalism and empathy
- Managing customer concerns with sound judgment

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related
- Two years of working experience as call centre
- Good communication skills
