Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT Tanzania) is a globally recognized Canadian non profit organization with headquarters in Mtwara, Tanzania. Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT Tanzania) works in more than 12 countries through which we have established local offices in those countries such as Tanzania, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Kenya, Lebanon, Jordan, Canada and UK. Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT) have also introduced various programs in countries such as Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Uganda, Malawi and Zambia.
Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT) in its various projects they have introduced programmes that are committed in equipping young or youth tobe changemakers in their communities. Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT) works under mission of unlocking youth potentials by empowering them to actively participate in the digital economy. For over 22 years, DOT Tanzania have been at the forefront in ensuring Social impact through reaching in more than 25 countries.
Introducing the project known as “Going Beyond”
As part of the organisation commitment in youth empowerment, Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT) has launching more new project such as “Going Beyond” which aim at expanding the organization services in African countries such as Côte d’Ivoire, Malawi, Tanzania and Zambia. Through this opportunity the organisation is planning to collaborate with youth led and youth serving organizations in mentioned countries so that to scale out impacts while creating more opportunities for youth.
