Exodus Tanzania is currently hiring for IT support Engineer to join their working environment in Dar es Salaam,  Tanzania.

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Installing, configuring and maintaining both hardware and software
• Monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues and responding to support requests.
• Providing on-site and remote support to staff and clients.
• Managing LAN/WAN infrastructure and performing desktop-level fixes.
• Documenting issues, solutions and contributing to knowledge base resources.
• Supporting new application rollouts and system improvements.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related.
• Candidate with ITIL v3 or v4 Certificate is added advantage.
• Two years of  working experience as IT support
• Fluent in written and spoken English language
• Good communication skills
• A proactive learner with a customer-first mindset.
