About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented IT Officer to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot IT-related issues, and ensure smooth operations of our systems, contributing to the overall success of our mission.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the second point of contact for IT support within the organization.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide technical assistance to staff and promptly resolve IT-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement IT projects and system upgrades.
- Monitor and maintain IT security systems to ensure data protection.
- Assist in planning and improving IT infrastructure for enhanced efficiency.
- Foster strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely completion of projects and meet performance standards.
- Communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Operating Systems, Linux, Networking Protocols, IT Security, and Troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with professionalism and confidentiality.
- A passion for technology and a proactive approach to IT challenges.
