POSITION: ICT Officer

Key Duties and Responsibilities

ICT Officer:

✔ As sellected candidate you will be required to manage hardware, software and network systems so that to ensure smooth operations.
✔ As sellected candidate you will be required to provide technical support and troubleshooting IT related issues.
✔ As sellected candidate you will be required assist in developing and implementing IT solutions
✔ As sellected candidate at Jeshi la Zimamoto you will be required maintain data integrity, backups and recovery processes.
✔ As sellected candidate you will be required to conduct staff training on IT best practices and system usage.

ICT Security Specialist:

✔ As sellected candidate you will be required to monitor and protect the organization IT systems from cyber threats.
✔ As sellected candidate you will be required to implement and manage network security protocols, firewalls and encryption.
✔ As sellected candidate you will be required to identify security vulnerabilities and enforce preventive measures.
✔ As sellected candidate you will be required to develop and enforce data protection policies.
✔ As sellected candidate you will be required to respond to cyber incidents and recommend effective solutions.

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Educational Qualifications:

• ICT Officer: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related.
• ICT Security Specialist: Bachelor Degree in Cyber Security, Information Security or related

✅ Experience:

• Prior working experience in IT management or Cyber Security

✅ Skills Required:

• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure
