Human Resources Officer II at Fabec – February 2025

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Planning and Management or a related.
• At least two years of working experience in a similar role.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• As sellected candidate to work at FABEC you will be required to assist in handling recruitment, selection, confirmation, promotions and internal transfers of employees.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to support the development and execution of orientation and induction programs for new hires.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to collect, analyze and maintain employment records.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to healp in preparing of reports and updating employees records.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to assist in conducting training needs assessments for staff development.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to interpret and applying staff regulations, schemes of service and relevant labor laws.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to monitor daily staff attendance, identify patterns and recommend solutions for attendance issues.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to prepare and manage the staff leave.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to perform any other duties can be assigned by supervisor.
