Job Overview

📍 Position: Human Resources Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Hiring: Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand the skills and competencies required for various roles.
Onboarding & Employee Integration: Implement new hire induction programs, ensuring employees are well-integrated into Jaza’s values and culture.
HR Administration & Compliance:

  • Oversee leave management, performance evaluations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and best HR practices.
    Employee Engagement & Development:
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture by encouraging employee engagement.
    HR Documentation & Reporting: Maintain HR records, track performance reports, and handle employment-related inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in human resources or related functions.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation & conflict resolution skills.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
