As we continue to expand, we are seeking a qualified and motivated Human Resource Officer to join our team.
Position: Human Resource Officer (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities
✔ Oversee recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and performance management.
✔ Ensure compliance with labor laws and university policies.
✔ Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
✔ Support staff training, development programs, and workplace engagement initiatives.
✔ Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
✔ Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.

Qualifications & Requirements
🎓 Education & Experience:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
✔ At least two years of relevant experience (preferred but not mandatory).
✔ Computer literacy with proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
💡 Key Skills:
✔ Strong understanding of Tanzania’s labor laws and HR best practices.
✔ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters professionally.
✔ Strong interpersonal skills for fostering a positive work environment.
