POSITION: Human Resources Officer
The organization is currently hiring for two Human Resource Officers to work in Morogoro and Tanga Tanzania
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinating recruitment with the Talent Acquisition Manager
- Scheduling interviews and issuing contracts
- Handling background checks and staff registration for benefits
- Assisting in identifying training needs and providing support in planning of training activities
- Helping in payroll and staff attendance management
- Ensuring contracts and staff files are up to date
- Supporting employee relations and disciplinary procedures
- Maintaining the HRIS and ensuring staff have ID cards

Qualifications
- Two years of working experience as HR or administration position
- Solid knowledge of HR practices, payroll, recruitment and training
- Knowledge of labour laws in Tanzania
- Good in Computer operations and HR softwares
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Administration, Law or related
